Amount: – Minimum Kshs 2 Million to Maximum Kshs 50 Million

Interest: – 0.8 % Per month on reducing balance
Repayment: – 60 months
Funding: – Up to 90-100%

Personal Asset Finance Loan Requirements
  • Copy of ID/Valid Passport
  • Copy of PIN
  • Passport Photo
  • Copy of Utility Bill
  • Certified Pay slips (3 months)
  • Certified Bank Statements (6 months)
  • 2 Referees
  • Next of Kin and another relative ID Copies
  • Completed Application form
Company / SMEs Asset Finance Loan Requirements
  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation/ Business Registration Certificate
  • Copy of PIN for the company
  • Copy of ID for Kenyan directors and Valid Passport for non-citizen’s directors
  • Passport Photos for Directors
  • Copy of PIN certificates for directors
  • Copy of Utility Bill
  • Certified Bank Statements (6 months)
  • Completed Application form
